Our philosophy.

We are a small, close consultancy, we work with people, not machines pushed to the limit, and we enjoy the uniqueness of each project, which satisfies us.

We know and apply the LEAN Construction-type work philosophies based on Lean Manufacturing, adapted to the integral or partial management of the project, tailored to the client, not the market, based on our local experience, in Ibiza and Formentera, unique islands that do not they follow the usual standards of management, costs and deadlines of our immediate environment.

Trained at the Polytechnic University of Catalonia, Higher Technical School of Industrial Engineers of Barcelona, 1964 plan, specialty Industrial Organization, collegiate number 385 of the Official College of Industrial Engineers of the Balearic Islands in 1997, accrediting more than 20 years of experience in the field of laying in service of economic activities, project drafting and construction management of facilities and service endowments, participating in multidisciplinary teams.

I have worked both for myself and for others, and both for the public administration and for companies, especially in public residential, commercial and public concurrency uses, in the geographical area of Ibiza and Formentera.
